7-Day Guarantee Policy
Our staff will assist in fixing any lifts, chips, cracks, or broken nails within 7 days of your initial service.
The 7-Day Guarantee Policy does not apply to regular polish services.
• No changes to color or design will be allowed under this policy.
• Clients are responsible for remembering their original color choice.
• If you’re unable to return to the salon within 7 days, please give us a call!
